CONTRACTING OPPORTUNITIES 

El Dorado Community Service Center are comprised of a dedicated network of community clinics serving San Diego, Los Angeles, Kern, San Francisco, Cameron, Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, and Hidalgo counties—with clinics situated across California and Texas. ECSC provides co-located integrated medical, mental/behavioral, and addiction disorder treatment services through various government programs and contracts with Independent Practice Associations (IPA).  At present, we have a total of 27 clinics that are committed to providing these services with the purpose of improving quality of life, instilling hope, and helping people reach their full potential.  Our network clinics deliver the following services:

1.  Primary and preventative health care

2.  Family practice, pediatrics and immunization

3.  Diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions (i.e.: hypertension, diabetes, infection, and all other conditions within the scope of our providers' medical practice)

4.  Gynecology including mammograms and pap smears

5.  Family planning and birth control

6.  HIV/AIDS and STD testing

7.  Specialty services such as gastroenterology and pain management

8.   Therapy and mental health services

9.   Psychiatry and interventions utilizing behavioral medicine
