Our Scope
El Dorado Community Service Center is a network of community clinics serving San Diego, Los Angeles, Kern, and San Francisco counties. ECSC provides co-located integrated medical and addiction disorder treatment services through various government programs and contracts with Independent Practice Associations (IPA).

- Primary and preventative health care
- Family practice, pediatrics, and immunization
- Diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, etc.
- Gynecology including mammograms and pap smears.
- Family planning and birth control
- HIV/AIDS and STD testing
- Specialty services such as gastroenterology, pain management
- Substance use disorder treatment services (outpatient drug free, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), Buprenorphine/Suboxone, Disulfiram, Naxolone (Narcan) treatment)
- Evidence-based, individual and group counseling services
