Job Description
Performs coordinative and supervisory work in the management of our mental health services component. Responsibilities include: 
  • Direct supervision of clinicians and student clinicians, 
  • Oversight and the coordination of practicum students participating in clinic activities,
  • Developing and implementing systemic day-to-day operations to be followed at each clinic site. 
  • The LCSW will also provide therapy services as necessary, and provide support to special integration of mental health and medical services projects. 
  • The clinical supervisor will be responsible for coordinating trainings and providing documentation support as needed.
  • The clinical supervisor will monitor activities at clinics to ensure policies and guidelines are developed and observed. 
  • The clinical supervisor will be responsible for collecting clinic data and clinical outcome measures and create reports. 
  • The clinical supervisor will work along with the Marketing Director to market our sites and its mental health services and maintain good public relations.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities 
  • Valid licensure in Clinical Social Work required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing and providing clinical supervision preferred. 
  • Knowledge of counseling principles and contract requirements through the LA County Dept of Mental Health.
  • Ability to translate the latest evidenced based models including (MHIP) into practical counseling and therapy skills.
  • Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives and exercise independent judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and activities.
  • Business orientated outlook when approaching systems implementation and departmental operations.
  • Ability to respond to the most sensitive inquiries and complaints.
  • Possess a current Class C California Driver's License and an insured personal vehicle.
